Group Fitness
We have online fitness and yoga classes for all levels. Every class is designed with age appropriate exercises so you're guaranteed to reach all of your fitness goals and more. Be prepared though, these are not your average senior classes!
One-on-One Training
If you're looking for personalized training, we can help. It's all done online unless you live in the McMinnville, OR area, which has in-person options. Please click "I Want to Learn More" below so we can discuss your individual needs.
Small Group PT
These are private training sessions for groups of 4-10 seniors who'd like to train together with a personal trainer at a customized training time. Currently, there are 3 evening groups that are accepting participants. Email Joy for more info about the Mon, Wed, or Fri evening groups or if you'd like to form your own private group.
Balance Training
STANDING STRONG- You'll be hard pressed to find a fall prevention program as complete or as innovative. This program guarantees improvement in strength and balance so you can prevent a devastating fall. It's a 12-week online program and incudes a fully illustrated e-book companion and a FREE set of TheraBands® cut to a custom length.
