About the FMC Data Tracking Sheet

The FMC Data Tracking Sheet is an optional companion to the Functional Movement Continuum (FMC) Assessment.

Where the FMC Assessment is meant to provide a snapshot of how your body is supporting everyday movement at a specific point in time. The tracking sheet allows you to record these results so you can notice patterns, changes, or improvements when the assessment is completed again in the future.

Collecting this data can be a valuable resource since all too often, changes in strength, balance, and mobility happen gradually. Having a record can make it easier for you to recognize shifts that might otherwise go unnoticed—especially following events such as an illness, injury, surgery, or changes in activity level.

How Often Should You Take the FMC Assessment?

Some people will choose to retake the assessment yearly or every 6 months, others after a significant health event, and some simply when they’re curious about how they’re feeling compared to a previous assessment. How often you re-take the assessment is up to you. Recording your results after each assessment is what helps you spot any areas that need more attention.
