Intermediate Yoga offers more of a challenge with its flow and poses than Gentle Yoga. It’s a more concentrated mix of meditation and breathing to help bring a sense of mental calmness and relaxation while boosting your overall fitness.
Its variety of movements; reclining, twisting, standing, sitting, slight inverting, hinging, and reaching will help to improve posture, balance, and strength.
Don’t let the soothing voice of our experienced yoga instructor Lori Cable fool you. She’s a master at providing a fabulous full mind-body workout that will push you to work a bit harder.
Modifications to body alignment are given to accommodate all fitness levels.
If you’re new to yoga, we suggest you try Gentle Yoga first. Its slower pace is perfect for learning and mastering the poses.
