  • How to tune into your body and trust it again
  • And so much more

Even if you feel like you’re starting with no strength or balance, Standing Strong meets you exactly where you are and takes you further than you thought possible.

Standing Strong is designed to be progressive. The activities done in each session give you the skills and knowledge to progress comfortably to the next week. Regular attendance guarantees improvement in your overall strength and balance. And as your confidence returns–and it will–you’ll be motivated to do more of the activities you feel enrich your life.

Standing Strong meets twice a week for 12 weeks over Zoom, and each session is 45 minutes in length. The group size is limited to no more than 10 participants to ensure you’ll receive the personalized attention you need.

You’ll receive everything needed to get started:

  • A FREE set of 3 custom-cut TheraBand™ professional non-latex resistance bands. The perfect way to strengthen muscles while protecting the joints.
  • A fully illustrated 170-page PDF. Sent to your email each week with the information we’ll cover. You’ll have access to this information, even after you complete the program.
  • 18 hours+ of expert instruction from a caring, knowledgeable personal trainer with over 30 years of experience.
  • The support of a wonderful, like-minded fitness community.
All you’ll need for the program:
  • At least a 6-foot x 6-foot area that is uncluttered.
  • A sturdy chair that you can comfortably move to be used for exercises, stability, and balance training.
  • A tablet or computer that has online Zoom access.
  • Shoes that support your whole foot or non-slip socks if you prefer not to wear shoes.
  • Comfortable clothes that allow for movement.
  • Be willing to position your device so the instructor can watch your form
